Expect wild strawberry, raspberry, blood orange, and a touch of smoky spice, with crisp acidity and a lightly grippy, mineral finish. Winemaker Sandra Bravo launched Sierra de Toloño in 2012 after working in Bordeaux, Tuscany, New Zealand, and California, and her rosado comes from high-altitude, biodynamically farmed vineyards, blending Tempranillo and Garnacha for a rosé with serious structure.
